This was my 1st time having to call for an exterminator and I must say the experience was great except having the bees. The young lady who I spoke to was very pleasant, she was able to get me an appointment for the next day. The exterminator Kevin was absolutely wonderful, he explained the process in details so much I didn't really have too much to ask. Kevin was thorough in the process due to the bees were in my daughter's room. Thank you all for a pleasant experience for a 1st timer.

Todd was extremely polite and responsive. He provided complete information about what he was going to do, as well as what to expect afterward. He was very knowledgeable about other possible services. Overall, my first experience with Viking was very positive. Service was fast and dependable. I called and had a technician the very next morning! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew, from Poland. He was one of the best technicians in terms of his knowledge and commitment to resolve our issue. We have had an ongoing issue with Cicada kills, I even emailed Viking Info pictures early in the season when there were only 3 holes in our yard, requesting for a technician to help us prevent this from getting worse. Since then, we have had 5 different technicians who basically sprayed our lawn, which did not resolve the issue. The last person who came, one of the supervisors, did a great job getting rid of the holes closer to our house. Now all the cicada killers have moved towards the back of our yard, and there are at least 30 holes. Andrew assessed the situation, and dusted each of the mounds all the way into the hold where they nest. I appreciate the integrity and his willingness to help address this ongoing concern. I really hope and believe this will resolve my issue. He is the type of technician that I would like to have come back on an ongoing basis, to take care of our service. Thank you Andrew!

We are currently on the Viking Service Plan. Having an issue with some unwanted guests. Anthony Jones was great! Came in pleasant, courteous, friendly, and most importantly help my elderly mother with a few small things! Much appreciated! Thank you Anthony!
He was thorough and checked all areas. Viking techs do a really solid job!

We have been using Viking's Yard Guard for Mosquito's & Tics for three years and the technicians are always prompt and friendly. Recently we had a Carpenter Ant invasion and had Viking perform services inside the house for the first time and they did a great job. Our technician, Cesar Mercedes, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and explained what he was doing and how it would help. It was a great experience.
