When I’m in pain, I go see dr Matt. In 2018, I had major back surgery. Mid 2020 that pin came back. After only three visits, my pain was substantially better. He’s working on my shoulders now and that pain is down 80%. I’m confident that my shoulder pain will soon be eliminated. Highly recommend.
My sister-in-law was in town over the holidays and was barely able to move with some severe back pain, so we decided to go see Dr. Centofonti who graciously fit us into his busy holiday schedule (thank you!!). I know that my sister-in-law might need some follow-up sessions back in her hometown, as the doc provided her with the names of some practitioners in her area, but after just 1 session with Dr. Centofonti she regained her mobility and was able to enjoy the rest of her vacation.
After a hard mountain bike crash 13 years ago, I dealt with chronic shoulder pain and limited mobility in my left shoulder. I met with several doctors and physical therapists, but nothing helped long term. I decided to just deal with the pain, which ranged from unnoticeable to unbearable. The limited mobility kept me from doing some daily activities, anything overhead, and lifting weights. There was also a noticeable decrease in strength. Last year I decided to get back into lifting and see how my shoulder handled it. I really wanted to try Olympic lifting (snatch and clean/jerk), but I couldn't even get a broom stick into the proper position. I met with Dr. Centofonti and after evaluating me, he used a combination of active release (which was amazing for instant relief) and corrective exercises to get my shoulder feeling better. Over just a few weeks of seeing him, I was able to PR in the overhead press, an exercise that used to cause a great deal of pain, as well as start focusing on the Olympic lift movements. Fast forward to today, I have nearly all my range of motion back in my shoulder, zero pain, and the strength is slowly working its way up. I'm grateful for the work he has done, and would recommend him to anyone dealing with pain.
I had a lot of pain in my right foot for some time and after a full examination, Dr. Centofonti determined the issue actually originated in my hip. He was very detailed in his explanation and provided me with a range of options and resources to help get me right. I can't thank Dr. C enough for his thoroughness, knowledge, and expertise. You want him on your team.
Dr. Centofonti did an incredible job addressing my knee pain. I went to see him with little hope of improvement after a knee surgery. But after seeing Dr. Centofonti, I’m back running and riding my road bike. His adjustments as well as the exercises he taught me had an impact very quickly. He’s a super-friendly guy, and he knows his stuff.
