New management is awesome. Wish they’d reset the rankings here, because the old management deserved 3 stars, but Tamala and her team deserves 5 star +. She’s been incredible to my family and the community.

Twice now have showed up during business hours to find the door locked with no explanation - edited review, now under new management and have had no problems, staff and the ice cream are great!

My family and I are a little picky when it comes to cake and ice cream. To say that these folks satisfied both of these cravings we had effectively is a massive understatement. The staff were all very helpful and the owner attended us personally. We will be back very soon to try another wonderful treat.

We almost missed out on a great experience and great ice cream! We read the reviews and so many complaints but we went anyway giving them the benefit of the doubt and met the new owner and staff. She was a great host and made us a great ice cream (didn't scrimp on us) she also shared all the new changes she's implementing on the recommendation of her customers. We'll be back for sure. Thanks!

This place is open and the ice cream is delicious. It’s 8:20pm, and their hours are accurate as far as I can tell. This is in Leander so there’s lots of Karen’s around in crystal falls. Don’t listen to the 1 stars, they’re obviously over dramatic.
