Kim handled the sale of a rental property for us recently. If you need someone who knows the area, the market and listens to exactly what you want, call her! Even in the craziness of the real estate market, she kept in frequent communication with us. She scheduled an open house even though we had offers coming in to make sure we got the best offer. She advised us on all offers and guided us to the best one! She was extremely professional throughout our short listing - and got us well over asking in a quick time frame. She then worked with the title company for us since we were out of the country during closing. The entire process was smooth and easy! Kim has strong ties to the community after raising her family here and has also recently relocated her office to Liberty Hill. She’s truly a home town realtor. Kim Sanders and the Keller Williams Liberty Hill Group are the best combo of the best RE Agent and best RE company we have ever dealt with! Kim is personable, professional, experienced and best of all, she made us feel like she was searching for a home for a family member she loves very much, it was like having an insider on our team!
We have not purchased a home in over 20 years, A LOT has changed.
We didn’t realize how much training and continuing education in their field would matter in buying a home, thankfully KW realizes this and they really care about their clients and training their agents frequently so they are always updated with what’s going on in the market, and in our hot area this is so very important!

From the first question about the property, to the handing over of the keys at the closing (which Kim attended for support and to answer any questions) Kim was on top of everything and kept us updated via text, calls and emails. Almost everything is done electronically nowadays and it can be confusing and frustrating at times, she always got back to us and always did her homework. Also, I want to add she was honest with us, no game playing, no false promises, our situation was challenging and she made it happen with what mostly looked like ease, but we know it was not easy. There were several “moving parts” to our purchase and to the property we chose, we have no doubt if Kim had not been representing us this purchase never would have happened, even when I said ‘ok, we are done, throwing in the towel’ she knew that was not so and championed for us with excellence and we are now property owners again!
