Oscar is the best ever!
I called Heart of Texas because the bigger pest control services either didn’t seem to take my issue very seriously or didn’t answer the phone at all. The really nice lady who answered the phone talked to me about what I was seeing and got back to me quickly after talking to the technician about my issue. Unfortunately, they are booked out a couple of weeks, but they were able to give me the name of another pest control company who might be able to help me more quickly.
I appreciate a great local business tat supports other local businesses, because that kind of customer service can’t be beat!!!
