Ally Medical Emergency Room - Round Rock

This is the best emergency clinic I have ever been to. The reception area was clean and tidy. The front desk woman was so sweet and kind. I was immediately seen as soon as I came in. The PA and nurse were very comforting, knowledgeable, and friendly. Usually I feel uncomfortable in doctor settings, but I felt so comfortable at this place. Although my needs were minor, they were immediately met, and I received medication quickly. I will come here from now on.

Ally Emergency is now my go-to for emergencies for my family. I had a lot of apprehension going, I am more holistically minded, and wasn’t sure what to expect.
From the moment I walked in the staff was very kind and helpful. The doctor was so informative, kind, patient, and completely respectful of me.
I honestly cannot express how happy I am with the service and care I received. I will be recommending this place to friends and family with absolute confidence.

I had a great experience here yesterday with my daughter and highly recommend this facility. With everyone being sick right now, it was very difficult to find a place to take her last-minute for flu/cold symptoms. To add more difficulty, we adopted our children from the foster care system, so they have Children's Medicaid, which is not widely accepted.

The staff and doctors at this facility were so wonderful that they waived all costs and fees for her visit. They were so friendly, comforting, and genuinely nice! The nurses and Dr. Hatfield provided excellent care and got my daughter all fixed up.

Ally will definitely have a spot in my heart due to their compassion and care. I highly recommend keeping this facility in mind should you need urgent/emergency care.

I went to the ER yesterday because of some issues with my vision and blood pressure. The closest place to me was ALLY, I was glad to have such a convenient location. As, I entered I was greeted and the staff was. SUPER fry. I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen, which was awesome! The nurses and doctors were extremely helpful and they helped me to understand what was going on with me. We shared a few laughs, and I was back home within 30 minutes!! Excellent service, highly recommend them!

We brought my son in last night for a head injury, and I just can’t say enough good things about the experience.

We were called back very quickly, which was appreciated because my son was distraught. From the first contact the staff did all they could to put him at ease. We talked to a nurse first, and the doctor came in quickly after that. We had some waiting time in the room while a numbing agent took effect, and were checked on frequently during that time. The procedure went quickly and the doctor did a great job of supporting my son through that as well.

The receptionist was also kind and caring, and they worked with us on our insurance (which isn’t the greatest).

Overall it was one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had and I’m so grateful, especially given the circumstances. Thank you, Ally ER!!!
