Many another businesses (Grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores, ect.) are following the Governor's and removing mask mandates. Texas has had no deaths since this mandate was lifted. Also your employees are working under extreme conditions and doing an outstanding job representing your business. Allow them to choose whether to wear or not wear the masks.
