Meal Proz Round Rock

They ain't no amateurs---these are the Proz!!

I've tried Freshly, Everyplate, Homefresh, a couple of others... It works for some but it doesn't cut it for me. What amazingly works well is Meal Proz!! They rotate the meal selection every Sunday/Thursday and it is FRESHHHH. They also have a machine that will scan you and print out your metrics for at no charge if you're on a meal plan. I wish I knew about their service earlier!

The staff has been great during my interactions with them. Nick (The owner) shows extreme care and passion for sharing his craft/knowledge/wisdom with others. He'll give you the secrets to healthy eating/fitness---it's our move whether we listen and apply it or not!

My husband and I have loved meal proz so far. I'm shocked by how tasty all but one of the meals has been!!! I had a full salmon filet and broccoli once, and then the next night a salmon cake and green beans and I didn't even notice I had salmon two nights in a row! I could never cook so much great food ahead of time and I'm glad this place exists for us. We're busy people and try as we might try to cook nutritional meals, we just don't and get fried fast food instead, and we don't feel good afterwards! The only dish I haven't liked so far was chicken fried rice. I thought the chicken was overcooked and I think it should have been named grilled chicken over rice and carrots, because that's more like what it tasted like. I actually might have cooked it for 2:30 in the microwave rather than 2 minutes. I'm not sure. Turkey meatballs and spaghetti were good too.

So glad that I decided to try Meal Proz! Nick, (the owner), is extremely helpful, and genuinely cares about helping you reach your fitness goals by finding the right meal plan for you. The best part however, is that the meals are absolutely delicious! From the Cauliflower Beef Bake to the Shrimp Fajitas, their chef knows how to make yummy and nutritious meals. It is so nice to have high quality/high protein meals without the hassle of prepping. My husband is hooked as well! I highly recommend these guys.

Started using meal proz a month ago and I have really been enjoying the meals. I order breakfast, lunch and dinner for M-F and they definitely keep me full and it’s one thing that I don’t have to worry about during my work week. The food tastes great and there’s a variety of selections that will suit anyone and allow you to mix up your meals and still hit your fitness targets. I’ve used other meal prep services in the Austin area but Meal Proz has been the best by far.

I travel a lot, and have meals from numerous states. This place is by far the best I’ve had, I’ve never been happier. Chicken is great and juicy, sweet potato mash is amazing. The seasonings are great, all the meals are perfect, couldn’t have made it better myself at home. They are super helpful and met my high volume needs. I’m seriously thinking about having these shipped after I leave town, they’re that good. And the portions are weighed properly! Most other places are underweight or they weigh before cooking.
