Vespers and the entire team have been the best mental health help I have ever received, and I genuinely mean that. I have been through multiple therapists in my search for someone who meshed well and was able to really improve my life.
I don't always have an easy time "just talking" in a therapy session, while I can generally state what I'm issues I'm having it isn't always easy to say what's wrong. Dr. M is able to have a conversation with me and pull that information out so that we CAN talk about it and figure out what's going on deeply. She doesn't make you feel like she's just collecting a paycheck and telling you what you want to hear, and while someone with multiple issues like me (depression, anxiety, ideation, ADHD) would normally think she was, she really does genuinely care, the Vespers team does.
The entire Vespers staff has always made me feel more than welcome, and have actually been there for me-- I appreciate everything they've done, and I would recommend anyone having a hard time with the state of the world let alone their own mental health/issues, they will make you feel welcome when others might not have been able to.
Dr. M is the best. There's really no other way to put it. She does a fantastic job of talking you through a session, of cheering you on when you come to a realization on your own or helping to guide you along the way. Even when it comes to "tough love" she really handles that with care. Her staff is so caring attentive. Rob is very responsive about any scheduling conflicts or any questions I've had. I requested an emergency visit one time and I'm pretty sure he worked miracles to get me in! Dr. Edie is always a joy to come into for any appointment, always asking about my children and my job. They even remember my birthday and my children with small treats. I cant stress enough how worth it Dr. M is. I found her during a season of my life where I felt like I couldn't talk to anyone and she and her office were a bit of a rock for me during that time!
Dr M provides a homey & safe therapy environment for her patients to come to begin healing. She is very thoughtful, compassionate, and empathetic. I came to Dr M a few years ago broken and in a very difficult place. Through her care and guidance I have emerged a changed person and have grown so much from the state I was in when I first started seeing her. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is an amazing doctor.
Dr. M is a highly skilled doctor and a remarkable woman. I cannot sing her praises enough! She and her staff offer a beautiful balance of professionalism with compassion and warmth that I've never experienced with other therapists or medical professionals. I've been a patient for a little over a year and I've seen remarkable progress in my mental health. My life certainly would not be the same without Dr. M and her staff; they've gone above and beyond to ensure that I'm healthy, supported, and receive the very best care possible.

When I met Dr. Masbad almost 4 years ago. I was shy, confused and overwhelmed with emotions. During my first session she made me feel so comfortable. So much that I did not feel as if I had been on a therapy session. I can remember pouring out all my thoughts and emotions to her as if she and I had a patient/Dr. relationship for years. After session one, I enjoyed speaking with her. She has became an outlet that I can rely on for support. Over the years she has made me realize that I am the only person accountable for my actions. That I am my own unique self. I overall became a better version of myself.
Dr. Masbad’s staff are genuinely nice people. They are very attentive to each patient need. Friendly and knowledgeable. The moment you walk into Vespers you are welcomed with beautiful smiles and positive attitudes. The atmosphere is pleasant, from the aroma to the therapeutic lighting. You can hear sounds of white noise lightly playing in the background.
