She and her husband created a beautiful balloon bouquet for my daughter’s 30th birthday. They even called my son-in-law to coordinate the delivery. My daughter was very surprised — and she loved the balloons!

Balloons n Smiles was the best, they were super easy to work with and very reliable. Did I mention they did a beautiful arrangement? I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend!

We were slightly difficult. I gave a few instructions but not a lot, and Brett did a wonderful job of being excited, helpful and constructive about what we needed. I was throwing a baby shower and needed decorations for 10 people. Brett suggested a baby rattle made of balloons, and recommended 3-5 per chair. The rattle was ADORABLE. Then we needed to pick the balloons up in the morning, but I later realized (8 o'clock the night before the shower) that I needed to pick them up at least an hour earlier. When we called, Brett was understanding and extremely accommodating. Since we were driving down from Dallas the morning of the shower, he asked that we call and give an ETA, as they were very busy making deliveries that morning and all day. They were ready when we got there, and beyond what we expected. They were affordable, and had such cute options, without lacking in quality of product or customer service. They're a local family owned business and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Please make sure to keep them in mind and use them for your next balloon needing event!
