“My wife and I have been going to Dr. Augustine for many years and love his Dentist practice. He always makes time to visit and get to know his patients. I feel he truly is looking out for each of his patient’s best interest. Our hygienist is equally great- very friendly and performs great work. I also have to comment on his administration specialist, Charlotte. Charlotte always greats us and is super helpful with scheduling and billing questions. The doctor was very good and thorough in explaining my kids' dental situation, however, I wish he tried build rapport as well. “I am in Texas visiting family and working for the next few weeks and one morning while flossing noticed something in my gums. As my dentist is in California, I am unable to see him. I called my sister and she referred me to Dr. Tay and his office. I spoke with a very friendly staff member, Jennifer, who tried to get me an emergency appointment the same day. She called me back later to say if I can come in immediately, the doctor can see me. I rushed over, and arrived to an office of all friendly staff members, and Dr. Tay examined my tooth and gums. It was nothing serious, and I was relieved. He’s a very polite dentist, and really shows his care towards his patients. I can see why my sister goes here, and she also referred my other sister for my nephew to have a checkup next month. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Leander / Cedar Park and surrounding area who is looking for a caring dentist.”

“Both of my kids are patients at Cedar Park Smiles. In fact, my daughter just "graduated" with her final post-braces retainer check. My son hasn't gotten his braces yet. At every step of the way, Dr. Smith has given us options and let us make the decisions we believe to be best. They take plenty of time to explain things to us every step of the way. They even have fun contests every month for prizes, and they give rewards to kids for keeping their teeth clean, etc. We love the staff there; it's really a family atmosphere!”

“My experience at this dental office was awesome! The ladies Sabrina Jennifer, and Marwa were awesome. Dr. Prada was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, DETAILED, and THROUGH with her exam. By far this was the first positive experience I received. I came in frantic because I was late to my appointment and they were really patient and sweet and were able to get me into see the dentist. They use the latest technology at this dentist and this is the first dentist I went to that took the time to understand my dental health, explain the procedures, and took their time on everything! “Had a routine cleaning, however 3 days prior I broke my crown, so they fit me right in after the cleaning, got my temp crown and was gone quickly thereafter. The staff was great, not to mention the dentist and his assistant. What a positive experience after provider them no advance notification of the crown! Had follow up to this initial visit to have the crown installed, well 15 minutes later I was back in the car with another wonderful experience. This is customer service at it's best! Recent update as of March 1, 2021. It's been 6 months, so a routine follow up and cleaning was in order.. Service was great as usual and all the friendly faces were abound. Had to perform some unexpected deep cleaning on a couple of teeth, but as usual they were prompt and did nothing that a few aspirin couldn't solve over the next 24 hours so all is good. They are very safety conscience which in this environment is paramount, Many thanks to the team...”

“This review is a little late but felt compelled to do one. Came in the night before my event which was Thursday the 21st. The afternoon clerk was friendly, cordial and informative. The room was nice and big. The bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom counter was bigger than most. The downside to the shower was the water pressure was extremely low. The view was not bad with the exception of the dumpster. Had a nice view of a sunset. The morning breakfast was not great so I passed on eating it. The coffee was doable. The location to downtown Georgetown was less than 10 minutes away which was perfect for me to get to. Overall a decent stay with the exception of those two things I mentioned. That is why I am giving it a four star. I would recommend this place for someone who is looking to be close to downtown Georgetown.”
