“Had my son's truck lifted here with a 6" lift. Went in for a 3" and after identifying what price range I was looking at, Carson spoke in detail about the mechanical differences and price points. So glad he did because we definitely would have wished we went with a bigger lift after spending money on the 3". What a difference! The truck looks great and we both are very happy! It was for the best price and best place around anywhere after a few months of research. Had some miscommunication issues at one point and Carson totally took care of the issue and stepped it up in a big way, while being humble, without hesitation. Good man right there! “I purchased a pre owned 21 Highlander Platinum from Cedar Park Nissan last weekend, and could not have been more PLEASED with my experience there! I am very selective in whom I do business with, especially when it comes to buying a car. No offense, but I don’t do well with the whole “salesman” experience. Jim Carr was awesome from start to finish. Highly recommend him! He is honest, informative, and courteous. There was actually another Highlander 60 miles away from me that I was looking at, but the customer service at Cedar Park was so genuine that I decided to drive the 140 miles there verses going somewhere else! Then there’s Eddie, in finance. We all know how scary that part can be! Eddie was terrific! So glad he was our finance guy. He was thorough, and offered all of the extras and options of course, but was not pushy or over bearing at all! What a pleasant experience! We will soon have a teen driver, and I guarantee we will be returning to Cedar Park Nissan to purchase her car! I never want to trade with anyone else again! Thank y’all so much for being awesome!”

“Talk about accommodating at this place. I tried to call this location for 2 days and no luck getting ahold of anyone. They had good reason to NOT be there due to the winter storm that rolled through. They were closed because the pipes froze. After some out of the box thinking, I decided to use the contact us option on their website. It was a long shot, I know. 10 minutes later a salesman with the company (I think it was Doug, but not certain) called me back & asked what our driver was delivering and what time could he get there considering the weather conditions. I told him about 1 to 2 hours. This nice salesman said “I think I can get my shop guy, Oscar to unload him.” (even though they were CLOSED) Our awesome driver, Kevin made it there safely after battling iced over roads & white stuff everywhere!! Oscar got him unloaded quickly & sent him on his way. I’d like to thank ALL that made this happen. It was the difference of the driver sitting until Monday. THANK YOU AGAIN!!”

“This company is top notch for customer service and pricing! It’s a Veteran family owned business! My father found this business for me online since my wife and I had been shopping around for pool tables. We checked a couple of other places out around the area. My opinion none of them can match this company. Again I must say their pricing and customer service cannot be beat or even compared to. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and one of the owners by the name of Christian answered the phone. I let him know that we were interested in one of their used pool tables because the price was definitely right. I had asked him if they were open or available on Sunday so we could view it. I let him know that we were highly interested if it was still available. Thankfully it was still available. Then Christian gave me a time frame of 2:30pm - 4:00pm that day today to meet up. We set the time frame to meet at 2:30pm. I called to check to see if he was there and sure enough he was already there waiting for our arrival. Their warehouse/business is pretty nice and clean. They have multiple pool tables to choose from on their show room floor. They even had the one I really wanted but again I was set on this used pool table because my father was going to buy it for me as a birthday gift. So I wasn’t really worried about the new pool table. When we met Christian in person, he was polite, courteous, professional, and helpful in deciding what to choose. He explained in detail about the felt being brand new on this used pool table. He other ones that were available but the style of the one my father saw was nice and had the diamonds I liked instead of the usual circles on the banks. We even discussed about mine and my father’s time in the military. That’s when we learned about Christian and his brother serving in the military as well. As we were discussing about purchasing it, he let me know about the warranty, the delivery and installation being free. It also came with two cue sticks, an eight ball rack, and some Ambassador balls. After purchasing he let us know about delivery being available the next day. I was like perfect because I had already taken off from work to recover from the weekend. When the delivery arrived I met Christian’s father; however, I didn’t know it at the time it was his dad. His dad and brother installed the pool table, they were very professional, courteous, polite, and outgoing. They made it look simple setting up the pool table. His brother definitely bench pressed the slate pool table. I was like “man I bet you don’t have to go to the gym after setting these up.” He was like “yeah no gym for me after setting these up.” They also explained to my father when he asked if they used beeswax or not. My father has owned like four pool tables in his life time. Christian’s brother kindly explained to my father in detail on why they use beeswax and what other products can be used but definitely explained the benefits to using bees wax. After they finished Christian’s father polished up my pool table and his brother gave me all the details on how to take care of the table. Those both explain everything to me. I knew some of the things they explained to me but I also learned some new care tactics from these guys. Overall, I am really satisfied with Trooper Billiard Services. I am really glad my father found them. My family and I love supporting our fellow veterans and family owned businesses. They will definitely continue to get my business.”
