These guys fixed all the items I had, and they completed the work earlier than originally estimated. Their work is exceptional. They made repairs with more sturdy parts that the original. “My first class was a Rhythm and Core class with Kelli (one of the co-owners). The studio is great. It's an intimate, clean, and modern space. The class was 45 minutes of rhythm based cycling (similar to the Austin studios - Ride & Love). There was a big range between RPMs - hills, sprints, jumps, and fun choreography. It was a great workout. At the end there was an optional 15 minutes of core exercises on a mat. I can't wait for my next class!”

Everyone who works here is extraordinarily kind, in particular Wendy at the front desk, who is quick to answer questions and always warm and friendly over the phone and in the office. Working with Rachel for the past month has given me relief for long-standing neck and back pain that I had previously thought I'd live with for the rest of my life. She uses a variety of techniques and provides excellent exercises and feedback. I feel significantly better in four weeks than I did in the previous year bouncing from doctor to doctor looking for help with pain and discomfort. This place is an absolute treasure.
