Walnut Springs Family Health - LaVernia

YOU ACTUALLY GET TO SEE A DOCTOR! I moved from San Antonio and let me tell you, I saw my actual doctor only 3 times in 8 years!!! Here is been every single time! The whole family started going to the office here in La Vernia a few months ago....and what a doozy of a few months it's been! Out of 7 of us, someone has had something wrong often! We are so thankful for them and don't know if my parents would've survived Covid without them. They always answer my questions, without making me feel stupid. They get us in as soon as possible if needed, which is normally the same day or at least next.

The Dr Kruger is a very nice doctor and thorough. Problem lies within the referral system. It has been two months since my husband seen Dr Kruger and I have called the three clinics he was to be referred to, none of them received any new patient referral. I have talked with the office staff several times regarding this issue and I get told repeatedly it will be looked into, I NEVER hear back from them. I am terribly disappointed with the office staff.
Problem has been resolved.

I've had nothing but good experiences at Walnut Springs. With my previous doctor, I had to follow up all the time for referrals. This office processed my referral almost immediately. On top of that, the staff has always been super nice and accomodating. I've seen Dr. Bilir and the dermatologist & both have been professional, competent and answered all questions I had re: my care. There has been a bit of a wait at times, but things are crazy with COVID & they have to take add'l measures to keep everyone safe. So, I'm okay with that. Just my two cents. I'd recommend. :)

Both doctors are amazing and thorough. Efficent appointments. My kids like their doctors and our whole family goes here.
