I have used chalet so many times thru the years. The only store I trust to work on my jewelry. My husband has bought me many pieces from chalet and I love all of them. Very friendly family owned

When I think of a small town business, I tend to think of nice people in a store that has a limited selection and higher prices.

I was happy to learn that the people here really are as nice as you would hope. It's not a large shop, but somehow they have a really nice selection - you might say that it's well curated!

I almost hate going in there because I always see something that I want, and their prices are quite competitive.

Friendly people, a can do attitude and great prices. I'm always happy with the work I've had done at Chalet. The staff is upfront and honest about what can and can not be done. No surprise charges!

Words can not begin to describe how friendly this husband and wife are who own this place. Took my wife's ring in to get it resized. They got it done in no time. Had one little issue, which was no big deal. Took it back to get it fixed, they got it done in no time. They even remember your name most of the time. If you need any repairs or want to go buy some jewelry, go talk to them for all your needs.

The owner is really friendly and easy to talk with. I bothered him multiple times before I purchase diamond because it was my first experience to get an expensive jewel and I did not know anything about the diamond. I went in and asked him a question and went out for 4 days straight, however, he never showed me rude expression nor irritating face expression. He kindly answered, solve my questionnaire, helped me to purchase and make my new wedding ring looks perfect. Thank you.
