  Amazing food and great environment! The bacon burnt tips are delicious, so is everything else!

  Best Texas BBQ that I’ve had yet. Love these small off the beaten path places. They have some of the best BBQ!! Had the brisket, bacon burnt ends and the bacon wrapped stuffed poblano. Everything was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommended!!

  We walked in and were greeted with a very happy hello. We got BBQ. Even though there was a stuffed fox or wolf on the counter, a duck on the wall and a deer head on the wall. I can’t make this stuff up people. That was very Disturbing. The BBQ was really good. A smoky flavor and lightly sprinkled with BBQ sauce. I think if I can get past the stuffed animals, I would eat here again.

  When you step into Smoking Windmill's front door and take a deep breath, the smell of the smoker hits you. That's when you know you're in for a treat! The staff inside greets you with a smile and then you're tasked with the difficult decision of what to order. It all sounds so good (and it is!) The UFO is my favorite. They take their smoked brisket, chop it up, combine that with some cream cheese, stuff it into a large poblano pepper, then they wrap it with three slices of bacon and smoke it again! Talk about melt in your mouth, cross your eyes good! If you are a traditionalist, they have the brisket, the rib, pulled pork plates and sandwiches as well. Then there's Da'Bomb sandwich (in my picture), it's loaded with pulled pork, brisket, slices of smoked peppered sausage, green chilies and topped with shredded cheese. You only need to eat half of the sandwich to be full, but good luck trying to stop there. If you visit on the weekend they have brisket nachos made with their smoked queso and home grown tomatoes, and they are delicious 😋. I believe on Wednesdays they have a double thick cut, bone it smoked pork chops and maaaaan let me tell you that they are juicy and full of flavor! They may have the pork chops other days as well, you'd have to check out their Facebook page as that's where they post specials. There were three of us here for lunch and we ordered 2 UFO's, Da'Bomb sandwich and an order of bacon burnt ends. We were not able to finish and I had the left overs for dinner that night.
