“Lubbock is a small airport but big in heart, everyone was courteous and willing to help, one big plus that I will give is that I am disabled and little bitty Lubbock airport is the only place that I have seen that thinks about things !! I had to use the restroom....handicap stall of course ? and this is the only place I have seen that they actually have the toilet paper dispenser located at the right height above the handrail to make ease of access.”

“Clean and efficient. Not loving that TSA pre is shut down for now. Was told that it would be accommodated in regular line, but was not the case. Also it would be great if face masks would be enforced here. Airport employed staff are always pleasant and efficient. Bathrooms are almost always spotless. In pre and post pandemic times, it's a solid airport with a hometown vibe.”

“easily accessible location. frequent shuttle to and from airport. nice covered parking. nice people at the entrance to welcome and farewell. but, it would be helpful to have car wash service while going out. we parked our car very clean with water washed before parking here. But, when came back from our trip, it is covered with dust :(. I know, it is near highway and that cause dust settlement. anyways, they have car wash service near Houston airport. but surprised to see not having in Austin. ???? :)))”
