I did read most of the low ratings with this bank & I have not experienced any of the things people said. Like I said the staff is helpful. Also I love how they do their best to remember your name regardless if it’s your first name or last. Also the the call center people are always helpful if I can’t drive to the bank. They have always been able to answer my questions or find someone who will contact me regarding it. I’m truly happy with all my experiences here. The only reason why I gave it a 5 star is because I do wish their was an after hour emergency line to talk to someone directly with A+ because I tend to lose my debit cards often and scared a stranger has it. Other then that, that is all.”

“I love love this credit union ? ❤. They will find a way to work with people and given them a chance. Most Lubbock banks will NOT WORK with you at all. The only thing missing and needed at the credit union is a teller machine on their property in Slaton for everyday withdrawals. The STAFF is EXTRA ORDINARY and PROFESSIONAL. A person is treated like FAMILY. NEVER a judgment of your financial status. Not too say, anything bad about this company, but they will not deposit most checks until the day it's due.
