“Jeff and Larry with Renaissance Cake Company did an outstanding job capturing the vision we had for our bride and grooms cake. We wanted the grooms cake to be Sam from the Trick or Treat movie and the cake looked like something that came out of the movies. It came to life with creativity and perfection and was beyond what we expected – Jeff is a true artist. Not only was it magnificent in design it was moist and delicious! The brides cake table displayed three cakes and all were exactly as we discussed. We chose almond and Mexican cinnamon for the brides cake and chocolate fudge for the grooms - the cake flavors were exceptional!!! I wanted to eat the whole almond cake myself because it melted in your mouth. Not only were they able to work within our budget the quality of the cakes were excellent. We would highly recommend them!”

This is exactly the kind of Mexican market I love having nearby, for all the following reasons: -Marinated meats - particularly the pork chops (I am obsessed with these, especially with eggs and beans!), carne asada, tablitas (short ribs), chorizo (though I still love my homemade one just the same!) and chicken (and I don't even usually like chicken breast!) -Dried chiles by the pound that I struggle to find elsewhere (especially ancho) -In-house salsas and guacamole -Fresh tortillas -Giant avocados -Fresh baked goods -Super friendly service and very reasonable prices Seriously KICKING myself for knowing they were here and not checking them out at least 2 years ago. “I love Lolo’s! We have been here a few times and the pastelillos are always hot, fresh, and delicious! I only speak a little Spanish but the staff are always so helpful to explain each filling. There are two sauces, a white ranch-like sauce (so good!!) and a spicy sriracha-vinegar sauce. Take a bite of your pastelillo, add some sauce, and enjoy!”

“The staff at the store are very polite, the don't speak fluent English, but the donuts "specifically the Old Fashion" are out of this world. The store is right across the street from the Leander High School. I work out at ANYTIME FITNESS. just a few doors down. It gets pretty hectic in the morning. folks trying to get south, dropping kids off at school. The traffic in this small parking lot moves surprisingly fast and efficiently due to the light for the students crossing Bagdad. It works very well. The lights north and south of this area are timed as well to keep the traffic moving. Randalls' cant be consistent with their production of Old Fashion donuts, so when they are out I just head up Super Donuts, when I go to the GYM at 4 AM the lights are on and they are baking fresh donuts for the day.”

“Wow! You have to try the mochi donuts. They are so light and complex compared to a regular donut. I highly suggest the lemon or taro flavors. For the regular donuts, it's hard to mess up when you have a great base donut. The toppings can only work if you have a tasty base for them. This place does a great plain donut and The toppings are great additions. The maple bacon is very good, and the special of the day is very tasty as well. The drip and the espresso coffee is pretty good as well! The macaroons are incredibly tasty. The beignets are also a home run as well. However, The cake balls are a little too dense and overly sweet. I'll be back to try more!”

The only issue is that these breakfast foods all have bacon. There are many people who cannot, or do not, consume bacon. That is my only issue with this shop. But, that being said, you are free to take it or leave it. But, if they offered an alternative, I would definitely take it!”
