“I have been banking with Bank of the West in Ponder for just over 6 years now. This branch has a small yet gorgeous on the inside building located on the main road through town. When you walk inside it looks spacious due to the high ceilings and open concept lobby. Bank of the West is a quintessential hometown type bank in that whenever I’m inside, I hear most every customer being greeted by name by the tellers and on their electronic sign in front of the bank, they sometimes announce local town/school events. Some things I love about this bank: I love that they keep the a/c on ice cold in the Summer, I love the cleanliness of the ladies room. I love the huge comfortable leather sofa and chairs they have for you to wait in if you have to wait for a banker or to get into your safety deposit box, etc...I love that they have nice books for children to look at when they have to wait with you (most children are not interested in watching CNN or MSNBC, LOL), I love the friendliness of all of the tellers, I love that cashier’s checks are free when you have a checking and saving’s account. I like this bank so much that I have 3 different financial products with them (if you include safety deposit boxes as a product). I can’t think of anything I would change about this bank with one exception; if they handed out freshly baked cookies on Fridays like my old bank does, it would make for a perfect bank!”
