Supposedly got it done after I was reassured by the person helping us not once but THREE TIMES. However, when I checked my accounts the next day they were gone! Now my money is under that other person and none of my cards are useable. Frustrated and dissatisfied. Update: branch manager called me and I was able to explain my situation.
