“We stay here each year for at least six weeks while on business in Minnesota. The hot breakfast served is one of the best for a free offering at a hotel even during the pandemic. Rooms are comfortable. We stay in an Executive king with a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher (which is a great touch). Bring your own dishes etc. we bring a couple of hot plates, a pressure/slow cooker. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

“My mom has her accounts from a Mid-South branch in another city. Now that she is living with us here in north texas it was very beneficial that Mid-South opened a branch in Plano Texas. The staff here was very helpful as we transitioned responsibilities for managing the account to me under a POA. My mom has limited mobility and so they went out to the car to talk with her and have her execute the necessary account changes. They have been very courteous on every visit and it is never crowded inside. The staff is very capable and trustworthy.”
