“The physician is one of the most skilled, knowledgeable dermatologists I have known since I began skin cancer care in 1979. She also has related doctoral degrees in Pharmacology and other specialized skin care related studies. Very kind and great sense of humor. Staff is friendly and helpful. Social distancing is valued here and I appreciate that. The only reason I picked 4 stars is that on my second visit, even though people were told to sanitize hands outside and wait to be allowed in with a remote temperature taken, there were two patients sitting without masks, which are supposedly required, and which all the staff have.”

“Given the circumstances the lobby is closed, only their drive thru is open. So I can't say much about the inside of it but I can surely say about the workers. Upon arrival we were greeted, we told him it was a mobil order and were asked to pull to the front where he greeted us again. There was a small mistake on the drink, I asked for noncaramel drizzle(keto diet is hard) while they were remaking it he asked us how we were doing, what we've been up to. Took just a minute to fix it and we were on our way. Their standards of customer service is genuine and great. I wish I could've gotten their names. It will be my new favorite Starbucks at El Paso. I'm not from there but I travel often. Feeling appreciated and taken care of as a customer will keep me stopping here.”
