Everything you can do at the drive thru or inside you can also do online except for getting cash but you can get that from the ATM. Like any business busy hours depend upon the time of. “I just wanted to give my experience. We have had our loans financed through another credit union for years. My husband and I decided we wanted to consolidate some credit card debt to a lower interest loan to get it paid off. Our other credit union would not grant us the loan. I called First Community as a last resort after doing a a quick google search and spoke with Paul and went over our financial goals. He was so courteous and kind. I actually felt like he wanted to help us and get our business. Within about 1 day, everything was done and our loan was approved. Not only was it approved but we got a loan that was 3% points lower than what the other credit union was going to give us and it was actually approved. We decided to refinance the car and got an interest rate that was 2% points lower than our current credit union. We did not even have to go into a branch to get it done. Communication was top notch as well as rates. Thank you so much Paul! Would recommend this credit union to anyone!”

“Great service here, which matches most of my experience with Wells Fargo banks. Had to open a new account and was able to do it quickly and easily. We had to wait for a banker to become available but we weren't waiting for long and we were reassured that help was on the way so it didn't feel like we were forgotten. The branch manager was actually the one who helped us and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Would definitely recommend this branch. Parking is easy and with the various entrances/exits in the shopping center its easy to go any direction out of here.”
