“Kevin is professional. Can’t say the same for the other bankers. There is an older lady there that helped me and would rather be right and correct me with the right terminology instead of help. When I asked for manager Kevin by name she changed her tone which at that point asked for the manager on duty. The assistant took care of wiring the money internationally for me. This is the only negative experience which I informed the assistant manager about. Everyone else has always been polite and efficient. On another note, when did the DRIVE THRU change their hours? Used to stay open till 6pm.”
