I usually use the local PLS to cash any checks I received on the weekends and this particular one they wouldn’t cash because it needed verification and they couldn’t get ahold of the people who issued the check. So I walked into the Woodforest Bank in Walmart frustrated and they told me they wouldn’t have a problem cashing the check but I needed to open an account with them.
