I have the best opinion about Amegy Bank because of its awesome account policies, no excessive fees like other banks, the employees are friendly and helpful to provide you with products that really work. I especially love the automatic payment center where I have set up my straight deposits and my bills, so I do not forget any payment alt all, and the system send me notifications on what bill have been paid, or what bill needs attention. Through my Amegy account I can send and receive money instantly using Zelle! I love Amegy Bank!”

“Very nice store but the last time I came in there, there was no one there to tell me where to sign in or if I just sit down and wait. I was looked right in the eyes by a Hispanic young lady who addressed the Spanish people who came in, in front of me but she said not a word and I stood there for about 5 minutes before I saw the same girl again and asked where to sign in. I was told there was no sign in and I just sit in the area and wait for someone to come out. So I did that. The process was otherwise great. I took care of what I needed to take care of and the banker was quick and efficient. Prior I only went in to deposit my business checks so never had to speak with anyone as they have machines there will deposit for you. All and all it is great to have a Chase closer to my home. Been banking with them since I was old enough to open an account.”

“This is my favorite Chase branch in Houston. This is the new concept so keep that in mind. There is a teller and there are personal, business, and Private Client bankers in house. The new concepts are more self serve for normal teller operations, however they keep a teller up front to help use the automated machines! Nice folks so that's a plus. ”
