“When I was getting my first car (2009), I didn't know what to look for. Eventually, I told my grandparents and they told me about a guy who finds cars for a good price. He asked ,e what I was looking for. Naturally, with it being my first car, I had a small list:1) The engine works.2) I can get from A to B with the least hassle.3) The air conditioning works (I live in Texas).I also told him about how I did my learning in a Honda and I liked the way it handled. Eventually, he found me a couple of Corollas to look through. He said that two of them were in excellent condition (although one of them felt like it had shock and steering problems) while the third one was in a wreck and had repair work done. However, he guaranteed they all worked. I took the best one with the least amount of problems: a 1996 Toyota Corolla. When we had our mechanic work on it, he said that he was amazed that the car was in as good of condition as it was. The only work he did on it was replace the steering fluid, replace a brake light, and reconnect the electronics in one of the doors.”

“I have bought three cars from ACE, and every time has been a pleasure! Eddy (one of the owners) will treat you with respect, courtesy, and honestly. When you go there they can sell you a car off the lot, or Eddy will look for exactly what you want and go and get it for you. I wanted the four wheel drive BMW 328xi for my daughter. Eddy didn't have one in stock, but a few days later he had found one for me in white (which is what my daughter wanted), with low miles, and a great price. I also bought an F250 Super Duty from Eddy, and here I am 10 years later and it is still running strong! Amazing! And I bought a Mercedes E320 CDI diesel sedan for them, and I've got 235,000 miles on it now after several years, and it still is perfectly reliable. Eddy and his family go out of their way for find the best cars they can, and they stand behind them. “I had heard good things about Cransh from a coworker of my wife. Our daughter was looking for a used car to replace her 12-year-old Ford Escape. I went there on a Saturday with a friend hoping to see a Honda CR-V that was in their online inventory. My "first impression" was not great as they seemed a bit busy and the first person who approached us had no personality or evident experience with good customer service. Later we approached Jason who was busy writing something up. Again, not the best first impression as he didn't look me in the eye or show much interest at first. Eventually he came to assist us and gave us his attention. The car we came to see had already been sold, so we looked over the medium sized SUVs they had on hand. We found a 2015 Acura RDX that looked in good condition. It apparently was a one-owner vehicle and had a positive Carfax report. We test drove it and didn't find any concerns. It had new tires, a clean interior, and several parts had been replaced including the timing belt. My daughter went by it see it before they closed after work; she loved it! Now for the important part! We wanted to have it checked out by our own mechanic. Jason said it would be fine, so I returned on the following Monday and did just that. My mechanic drove it and put it on a rack to give it a somewhat cursory inspection. He gave it a thumbs up. So we decided to purchase it, completed the paperwork and we were done. Jason made everything quite easy and based on our experience with them I would recommend them.”

“I needed an inspection of an RV I intended to purchase and Reese was referred to me by the RV dealer. Upon contacting Reese I told him I needed an RV inspection done as soon as possible. Reese was able to come the following day. I shadowed Reese throughout the inspection and found him to be very thorough. Not only was he happy to explain everything he was looking for he also taught me a lot about RV’s and things to watch for and monitor. I also paid Reese to complete a compound analysis of motor oil and transmission fluid. The engine oil analysis came back substandard and Reese put me in touch with the owner of the oil analysis company so I could get further details on the findings. The oil in the vehicle had not been recently changed. I provided the information to the dealership and they changed the oil and had another analysis completed. The second oil analysis returned at an acceptable level. The RV dealership paid to extend my vehicle warranty as a result of the inspection. Throughout the process Reese was cordial, professional and thorough. His inspection gave me the confidence to purchase the 2007 motorhome. His findings prompted the dealership to extend the warranty and change the oil. I would never purchase an RV, new or used without an inspection now. “Writing this on my son's behalf. Earlier this month he purchased a 2017 MB C300 with 96k miles. The purchase process was easy and low pressure. We came in with pre-approved financing but they checked to see if they could score a better interest rate, which was also wonderful. We took the car in this week for an inspection (yeah after buying it, but hey...) and the "B" service and the shop we took it to was taken back on how great of condition it was in for having almost 100k miles and surprising had no further service recommendations.
