He offered a great price (for reference, my car was over a decade old and wasn't even running anymore) and within an hour, one of his men (Ryan!) was at my apartment complex to pay me and tow my old car away. Both Ryan and Richard were extremely friendly, and their service was quick and painless. I'd also like to mention for any women reading this review, they were not condescending or rude whatsoever when speaking to me, which is sometimes hard to come by in any sort of car industry!
