I had spoken to Ryan the day before letting him know we would be out to view the hummer, he had it waiting out front every thing look great normal wear on vehicle but very nice, we took hummer for test drive knew we wanted it, we went back to do paperwork everything was done in professional matter Ryan explain everything clear and was very kind to us, the owner Gerald who brought the hummer over we also got to meet him and shake hands a very nice Christian man, we immediately had a connection it is not every day when you go into a busy that the owner is there to greet you and thank you for your busy, his many years of helping people just like us is a true blessing, when we signed the contract, we where honor to say that we now apart of the Geralds family and I'm looking forward to family gatherings. When we got the hummer back home all we noticed is a few small things to do and Gerald Auto stood by there policy. My husband is enjoying his hummer gets lots of compliments. “My vehicle was hit in the left rear quarter panel when it was parked at a shopping center. The vehicle that caused the damage was not there when I came out of the store and saw what happened.There was NO note! Hit and run in the parking lot!! There were some serious white paint marks and scratches. My car is grey. The lower part of the quarter panel was popped out at a seam. I went to Chaney's to get a repair estimate. Since my deductible was high, they offered to pop the panel back in place and clean it up. The white paint is gone. The panel is in place. No dents, just black scratches (the black plastic showing through). It's something I can live with and I saved $1000. Chaney's did not charge me one cent. The next time I have a need for body work, I'll be back at Chaney's. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great Integrity!!!”
