“This place was a life saver. I had been all over Terrill trying to get an oil change and 3 of the 4 places I had gone to prior to this place was out of the oil I needed. I was greeted promptly and they got my car back immediately. The two gentlemen that helped me were totally friendly. They have a nice bench area outside to sit and wait for your car or an inside area to sit as well. Price was pretty comparable to other places. “This morning around 6AM my husbands tired got a flat on the freeway. After we pulled off, we called 4 other “24 Hour” places to no answer before calling Max Express. The gentleman there answered almost immediately and was very professional, giving us a very quick time frame for the tire change. When the service tech showed up well within the estimated time, he had all the tools he needed for the job. He worked very quick and efficiently, even going as far as carefully loading our tire and supplies back into our trunk for us. Our spare tire even had no air in it, and he was able to put air in at the same time he installed it. He offered some recommendations for future care that was incredibly helpful. We will definitely give this company our business again, should we be in this position again.”

“The honest person. I don't need to call everyday I don't need to take pictures of what's mine I'm not worried if my parts will be swapped out I know I can count on him to make sure job gets done. I needed an engine swapped n I thought he can reuse the same oil well nope he said it's best to put new fresh oil n engine so there won't be problems he even suggested it be best to get spark plugs n filters n coolant so I did everything he said got the parts n he did it all cheaper than most shops in could have spent thousands for oil coolant spark plugs filters labor n engine swapped but I spent a few thousand reasonable price compared to other shops. When u go in only ask for Ethan he's the certified mechanic the other guy I think he's just a person who rents the spot next to him I over heard him asking the simplest things that a mechanic knows n he didn't.”

The ancient honeycomb radiator was not repairable but I desperately wanted to keep it so they hid a 2nd radiator under the dumpbed along with a fan. Cools great! They are Einsteins AND honest!”

“These guys are amazing. Started my day off having to call a truck for my minivan getting stuck in deep mud way out in the country. They arrived 30 minutes after I made the request and were cheaper than anyone else. My vehicle was out within minutes. Then, our day got worse. My wife took the van for an errand and my wife pulled over because the excessive mud on the tires was affecting the braking system. When she went to restart it, the battery was dead. A Good Samaritan jump started it for her, but got himself stuck in the mud. I again called the same company for assistance. They were 30 miles from me, but still arrived less than 30 minutes later. When hearing our crazy story of our bad day, they heavily discounted the already lower rates. Superb service and honest caring hearts! They have my loyalty from now on! A+++++++”
