These guys will always treat you right and get you back on the road. As with any business communication is key and you have to know your own vehicle to some degree so you don't have unrealistic or unreasonable expectations. People are too quick to anger or blame for preexisting things, it shows they don't pay attention, or when it's going to cost $$ to get what you want but everything costs $$ and if you want to play you gotta pay according to what you want done.
