When I had concerns about my oil change situation, I was given a very in depth explanation about how the oil works in the car and what it means for me to have a certain type of oil. It wasn't like I was being talked down to either, but it was explained in a way to help me down the road understand my vehicle better. This was incredibly valuable to me. “Had a 7 car pileup on I-35. Took my car to Insurance recommended shop. They totaled it. Decided to keep the car and take it to Matt at Brauntex. He got it all taken care of way less than the other shop did (about 65%). This other shop ProCare Collision in New Braunfels had jacked up the estimate, I’m guessing so that they could buy it themselves fix it up and sell it. The only downfall to Brauntex is time. They are a smaller shop yet so busy. Therefore a small timeframe isn’t realistic.”

(Didn’t check the tire before, just went to replace it! My mistake) but they were honest and said that, I should just add air and not get a tire!
