“I googled mechanics in Baytown, Tx that do electrical work/repair and I called him first but I got his voicemail. So after 2 hours of calling other shops and being told "that job is too small" or "we don't do that kind of work", I almost gave up for the day. but then the nice woman from Santiago's returned my phone call. After listening intently to my problem, she said "it would be no problem, to come on by." After looking over my truck, Santiago stated me my price. we agreed and he briskly got into it. I then waited MAYBE 20 minutes and my problem was fixed. I'm so relieved now cause I had things contingent upon completion, and he did a vey good, very fast job. he then told me what it was from and why its not good to just buy parts off amazon or other online sites. needless to say, i now have a go to mechanic who made me VERY satisfied. i even gave him a little extra money because he didn't give me an excuse or try to rip me off. if you are looking for a great mechanic for engines or electrical, I suggest you go to this shop. I know that I will be using him again for a starter in the morning. Now I can continue on with my day and all thanks to Santiagos Auto Repair!”

“A friend of mine recommended I take my truck there after getting another price quote on some upgrades and my suspension rebuild. At first when I pulled up I was a little reluctant because the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy and the people in the neighborhood were as well. I was actually going to leave before talking to Eric but he was already there and I'm sure glad I didn't. As I pulled up to the bay Eric, who is a very friendly guy and a very knowledgeable person took care of me right away with a cold water, a firm handshake and a friendly smile and we began to discuss the problems with my vehicle. He put me up on the lift and took a look and explained to me my options. I originally came to try and and save money on some upgrades from another company that they suggested I need. Eric told me that although he'd love to take my money he wasn't going to sell me something I didn't need. Not only did the other guy try to upsell me on some upgrades that I didn't need he was overcharging me on my main problem. I'm so glad I went to Cowboys rebuilt suspension to get my work done. Eric saved me money on some great quality work and did not try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. I highly recommend this place not only for the great quality work but for they are honesty and the great people they are.”
