The entire job was $3000-4500 LESS than I was quoted at other body shops. You won't get a fancy waiting room or a free bottle of water, but you will get excellent work from friendly and efficient people at a reasonable price. Its very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust to do good work and be honest with the cost. I have been bringing my car to BYOP for several years now and always been very satisfied , not only with the price, but how they explained what needed to be done, why and how much it would cost. I drive a Porsche 924T and I took my car there the first time because the twin owner's cars are high performance cars as well and I figure they would know how to take care of them. Although it took me a while, I no longer have to stay there the whole time watching and making sure they only work on the area of my car that has the issue. I just drop my car and they will call me when is done. And its far less expensive that the Porsche dealership.”

“We recently had our 2014 Fusion worked on. We worked with Roland in the service department. This man was excellent. He helped us from start to finish and always kept us in the loop. He made the experience less "sterile" if you will. More like we were old friends than strangers that just walked in for service on their car. The car ended up being there for over a month due to several issues and covid and stuff, and he was so apologetic, as if it was his fault. It wasn't. He even went to battle with the warranty company for us! Then when we were leaving, he offered us a car wash at least 3 times, once again, because the car sat there for so long. The rest of the service department was amazing too, my car drives like a dream and I almost want to call them and ask if they are sure they gave me the right car back. Anyway, the moral of the story is: you can trust your car with these people. They will take care of you. We have 3 Fords and we have been to over a dozen Ford dealerships (unfortunately) for various issues and this is by far the best one.”
