“I had reached out to several mobile mechanics and got no response. I reached out to Jerry and got quick response. This was the first time using mobile mechanic services so i was a little weary. My battery had to be charged which my son did but after the charge I could not drive it into the dealership to get new battery. I called Jerry he came right on out, he replaced that battery, clean up around the battery case and answer any questions or concerns and gave good advice. He’s very warm and patient and friendly. Most of all he was not trying to rip me off! Very reasonable and fair. I even tipped him and I normally don’t do that. I definitely will be using him again for anything he can fix. “Truck broke down with a bad water pump about 10 miles south from their shop. These guys got there on time and picked up the part on the way. Got it fixed in no time and truck was back on road within 2 hours and even returned the core back to the dealership. That's some serious service. They were so kind and humble about it all. I barely had enough time to call my husband and tell him my drama for the day, before they were signaling to tell me my car was ready.
