As I stated before, my wife and I were very dissatisfied with our original service at Joe's Pit Stop. I had initially tried reaching out to Joe (the owner) in an attempt to discuss the matters of concern pertaining to our service, however I seemed to have mistaken Joe missing my message for him evading it, which was extremely upsetting. In the end, an attempt to rectify the ordeal was made by Joe and both parties have now achieved a sense of reciprocity. A huge thank you to Joe and his two amazing mechanics for making things right! I recommend this place for those that know and understand their automotive needs. If you don't, I recommend having a conversation with Joe BEFORE repairs are made. That was one step that I mistook. Outstanding group of men here!”

“Went in to get my 03 cobra tuned and running right. The guys stayed 3 hours after closing working on it for a day of appointment. Jeremy is straight shooter and has the integrity that most people worry about when going to a shop I ran into mechanical issues the next day Jeremy drove 45 minutes out of his way to come and pick up the car and get it into the shop to get some work done. Never seen another shop like them go above and beyond for service! Looking forward to using them and the future and recommend them.”

“Scheduled an appointment for a 4 door full tint and rear window on a Friday. When I got there he told me a would take a little longer than expected because his employee didn't come in that day so he was behind schedule, I was perfectly fine with it I didn't need my car the rest of the day. My cars rear window had the old purple tint that had really bad bubbles in it and the removal would add to the time it would take which he explained to me. Ended up picking up the car at around 7ish pm and it looked great 1 month later no bubbles, no peeling and the price was a great deal shopped around at other tint places to get a general idea and most wanted well over $300. Long story short tint came out great definitely recommend.”
