After our truck experienced it’s first major problem we took the time to research mechanics who specialize in diesel trucks. After speaking with about 5 shops in the area we decided to use this shop after they answered all of ours questions and concerns in a timely manner as well as being very honest about how long the repair would take, etc. We are SO HAPPY WE DID. Not only were the repairs done to perfection but we were updated on the process and Preston took the time to explain, in great detail, what repairs were needed and how/why they were done. The price was beyond reasonable, again we received many quotes before choosing, and was worth it! When you invest money and time into something you love you want it taken care of the exact same way you would take care of it and that’s exactly what they did. I highly recommend this shop and I am so grateful for Preston and Travis. “Nice guys, looks like they did a great job but I won't know until it snows as it was my snowblower I was having serviced. I busted a shear pin and instead of destroying it by fixing it myself I brought it to some pros. Only thing I do now is one of the guys promised me he would call me by last Friday with a status not that I asked him the promise or even guarantee it he volunteered that. He didn't call though. That's why it's only four stars. Also because I haven't tried to use the blower.”

“My Jeep windshield got pelted with some gravel from a gravel truck. I noticed about a 1/2 inch chip/crack, and immediately called Done Right. I was told to bring it right in and they would work me in. When I arrived, despite being busy with customers, they came right out to look at it. I was warned that occasionally while repairing, a crack can spread a little bit during the repair process. I agreed to have it repaired because a small, barely visible, repaired crack is better to me than buying a new windshield or making a claim on my insurance. My Jeep was repaired in less than 20 minutes, and the crack looks better than when I brought it in to them. I can barely see it. I will definitely use Done Right again if the need arises! Awesome customer service!”
