I told Ric I can barely afford one tire. He said "let me go check and see if I have a used tire for you" he came back with a used tire that still had the factory strip around the tire, it had to be new. Ric asked me if I would like the tire, I explained to him again my financial situation, how I had enough money for 1 tire. He rang it up and gave me the total, I wanted to cry, because the total was what I had saved for 1 tire. When I called Sam's Dent Repair, they even did a facetime with me to evaluate the problem and give me a quote. When the tech person came in 30 mins (yes, they offer to come to your place to fix it), even though the situation was a little different which would cost them more labor, they didn't make it a big deal out of it. Most importantly, the quality of work. Honestly, it is above my expectation. It was beautifully done. Anyway, it was a great experience. I'd like to recommend Sam's to any of my family and friends.”

“We need more of this please! Phenomenal customer service. We are living in some challenging times for sure. Finding hard workers is tough. Today I walked in for a return of a new tractor tire. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I had to spend $25 for Discount Tire to mount it. When I walked in they welcomed me and then John, the General Manager walked out after hearing what had happened. He said…do not worry, we will take the tire off and refund your money. This is what I am talking about. There is a reason he is the GM, as customer service is what it is all about. Thank you John and your team.
