To say that the shop owner came up with a fitting name for his shop is a BOLD Understatement! When you bring your vehicle in to this shop you actually get to talk with the Master Mechanic/shop owner(Rich) who will be working on your vehicle. I don't know about anyone else out there. But I like to know exactly who is working on my vehicle and be able to contact them throughout the entire process without having to deal with a "Service Advisor" AKA Salesman like you find at pretty much every shop or dealership these days. Dealerships and large chain shops make their money selling unnecessary parts and repairs to everyone who walks through the door. When I come to Above and Beyond Automotive. I get a Master Mechanic who is exceptionally skilled in his trade that's dedicated to getting me back on the road quickly and safely and at a reasonable price. If you can't get your vehicle to him. He will actually come to you! Not to mention tow your vehicle back to his shop if necessary. Good luck finding a dealership that will even consider sending a tech out for a house call. I could go on but I think I've made my point. So if you want your vehicle fixed quickly and correctly without all the hassle, wasted time, & wasted money that a dealership or large chain garage would charge you. “While out of town my car gave a warning message of low pressure in one of my tires. Walmart was within a few miles so I drove to their auto center. Despite being busy one of their mechanics took care of the problem by airing up the tire and inspecting it for any obvious defects. He advised me to drive around a little bit and if the problem arose again to come back and he would gladly figure out the problem and fix it- and didn't charge me a single penny. Luckily putting air in solved the problem, but I would have definitely gone back if needed due to the great customer service I received.”

“We met Dr Valmores when we were in recovery after labor. He came around and checked on the newborns. We hadn’t had a Pediatrician yet because we just got Medicaid and the one we picked does not accept. He was very thorough, professional and kind. Very soft spoken as well. He offered his assistance. And we accepted right away. We had a follow up for the next day after we were released from the hospital and we had notice jaundice was getting pretty obvious and our son was not peeing or pooping. Dr valmores did some tests and sent us to the ER. Our son had a couple of things wrong due to his bilirubin count being so high and they held us for 2 nights. When we were being released from the hospital he came by and checked on Liam 😢😊 Even let us make our appointment there in the hospital. He is such a genuinely nice and caring person. We are very impressed. We are very happy with our choice. Highly recommend. 10/10”
