“I had read some great reviews about Novak Motors Service Center, and I needed a good, trustworthy, reliable maintenance facility. I stopped into Novak Motors Service Center, and was immediately impressed with the facility itself, very clean, bright professional looking. I then spoke to Terry who was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I spoke with him about the work I needed done on my F150, and he told me it would be no problem. I brought my truck in for repairs in the morning and by lunchtime Terry called me with a status update. By the end of the day the maintenance personnel had completed the normal maintenance and had discovered several items that needed attention. Terry provided me with an estimate for the work which I thought was more than fair. After completing the work the actual bill came in less than the estimate, which was a nice surprise. My truck is running fantastic, and I would highly recommend Novak Motors Service Center, Terry and his crew for you vehicle maintenance needs. They are OUTSTANDING!!!!”
