When I got the the store, Gia not only apologized for the wrong information, but bent over backwards to work with a local electrical shop to complete the repairs and to make payment convenient for me. Even David, who originally gave me the wrong information, fully redeemed himself in my eyes by giving providing me with constant updates and essentially shepherding my car through the entire process. I was initially very upset with Firestone, but everyone makes mistakes, and it was truly inspiring to see the lengths to which they went to correct their mistake and keep their longtime customer happy.”

I called ahead of time and let them know I was coming. “I don’t want anyone who has less than a year experience with these cars!” Zain met me. Sat with me and went through every feature. Answered all million questions. I told him I had one more car to look at. No high pressure sales tactics. Later that evening he texted me (my preference) and asked if I had any questions. Again, no pressure. Monday I called and told him I wanted the car. We worked everything out. But, I couldn’t get there until Wednesday and my husband works long shift hours.
