“My 2002 Dodge Dually was really sick and needed some TLC. And as luck would have it I did not nor could not find the time to do the job myself. Now comes the hard part finding someone you could trust not only with your truck , but with your pocket book. It was a tough decision with the many mechanics out there claiming to be the best and the cheapest. At my age you pretty much know that you get what you pay for. So I checked the reviews and was drawn to a five star rating on O&R diesel mechanic. I called Richard and he was very professional not to mention polite and knowledgeable. He even came out to the truck to do a prelim check on it. He is young but knows his stuff and after spending the next day re - timing it and adjusting the valves that required such and also found a wire to the lift pump that wasn't connected (due to my negligence when changing the batteries). I will not only use him again, but would recommend him to any one that needs a professional job at a great price. Thanks Richard, glad I found you.”

“I had old tinted windows on driver’s side, it started to peel off, and they didn’t tell me, that they charge 5$ per window plus cleaning, so I was charged 15$, although it would took me literally seconds to remove it, and there’s no residue after old tinting to be cleaned… no problem to pay 15$, but I like when people give some explanation before they will do something that has extra change. Possibly they forgot. Overall, satisfied. They work quickly. Would recommend this place. Also they give 3 years warranty”

“I had a major problem with my car in which I was told that my transmission was going out and it was better if I “just get rid of it because a CVT transmission on this car wouldn’t be worth fooling with. I was so heartbroken so I listened to everyone and made numerous calls including “cash for cars” who offered me $200. Now that was a slap in the face because I’ve already spent thousand of dollars on tires, hub assembly, brakes etc. I prayed about it and got my answer: Get it repaired “ in spite of what everyone said. Prior to my decision, I had received a recommendation from a transmission place that James @ Engine and Transmission Depot was just the person to go to. Long story short, I visited the shop and found Mr. James to be a man of valor. He is easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He is the owner and treats you like “family”. Mr. James don’t take advantage of you especially if you are a “WOMAN”. He is definitely straightforward, pulls No punches. If he and his team can’t fix it, no one can!
