“Great experience! Drove up and waited in line for less than a minute before someone came to ask what I needed. I told him an oil change so he said to leave the keys in the car and wait inside. It was really cool inside! I found a seat amongst 4-5 others. Maybe 5-8 minutes later someone came in and asked if I wanted the cabin filters changed. I said yes knowing they have never been changed in 3 years. He also asked what oil I wanted, the expensive or cheaper. I asked what he recommended. He gave reasons for each, but I chose the cheaper. Maybe another 5-8 minute wait and I was done. Great service. Reasonable prices.”

“It’s creeping close to 100 degrees outside and I’ve not been able to use the a/c in my car because of three large bolts broken off deep into the side of the engine block. These bolts are the mounts for my a/c compressor. WHERE CAN YOU TURN when 5 different car-repair shops examine your car and regretfully apologize, saying they didn’t feel skilled enough, or have the right tools to attempt a repair that requires such extreme precision. (and these repair-shops were referred to me by other shops). The manager at the 3rd shop that looked at it; asked me to call him if I ever find ANYONE who could get all three of those bolts out. It began to seem impossible to find anyone who knew how to do it, until I happened to call Greg at Collingsworth Car Care. Greg and his crew worked a miracle for me. They removed all the broken bolts and restored the a/c system like new. My car runs great now and the a/c is arctic!! Greg and his crew offer an uncommon level of skill, honesty and dedication.. also detail-oriented. They are top quality knowledgeable technicians. I’ll be eternally grateful for what they did for me and I will always trust them with my car.”

“I took my 2011 Ford F150 inn to get my water pump replaced since it was loose and the bolts had broken off. They honestly did a fantastic job. they didn't try to scam me and say " o you need this and you need that' on top of my water pump I needed . they even went over and beyond and changed out my Freon since he had access to it while changing out the water pump. they even called me the next day to make sure everything was running great which i thought was pretty awesome. truck it running perfect and i highly recommend this place. hopefully i wont have too but if i do i will be coming back for future repairs.”
