“My experience at Park Place Bodywerks was pretty amazing. It's really intriguing because my car was hit 4 months ago and the body shop I used then was pretty good. When I compare the two, Park Place is the Rolls Royce of Body Shops. Let's start from the very beginning. I called and mentioned my situation. They sent me an Application that allowed me to take pictures of the damage. Within the same day, I was able to get a quote and schedule a time to bring the car in. The check in was stress free and Enterprise was on site. It made a bad situation a pleasurable one. Davis my advisor was great as well. Every week I got an update. He was also able to get me a rental through insurance and drove me to get my rental, so I didn't even have to coordinate for another ride. When I picked up my car, I was happy to see he actually wiped or buffed out another area where I had damage. Then when my car was hit again 6 months later, Mario came out to my nearby business to look at my car in person and helped me out once again. Great, local place to support. Highly recommend!”

“I am giving 5 stars even after going through an ordeal of waiting for my axle for 12 weeks due to a manufacturer delay . Jesus is a honest and a good person to work with . I had ordered an custom axle for my travel trailer over the phone and never having met him in person . He let me know ahead of time that it would take at least 6 weeks for the manufacturer to deliver due to covid (so did others i enquired ) . He installed it for no cost although I insisted since it took 11 weeks due to a manufacturer issue . He really cares about the customers and I would definitely recommend this place .”
