We had our truck broken into the night before we called them , brought it in and they estimated it would be a few days before they would be able to get the parts and install them. It was only a few hours that I received a call from them that it would be ready to pick up the next day. “Man if I could give this place 10 stars I would not only were they reasonably priced the dispatcher was very polite and was quick to have a technician on his way to where I was stranded and the technician he is the main reason I am writing this review!!!!! He showed up almost 10 minutes before the time period I was given and upon arrival he exited his truck immediately diagnosed my problem and went straight to town he was rather fast at getting my issue resolved but very professional at the same time I wish I could have gotten his name so I could include him in this review he drove a new silver pickup truck and was dispatched to remove a wheel lock and change out the tires on my Honda crv in burleson this past Sunday evening around 9:30 P.M 9/13/2020 (hopefully Salazar Emergency Roadside Assistance will respond back with the name of the gentlemen who helped me so you can ask for him if your ever stranded) so with all thay being said I would most certainly recommend this to anyone that is broken down on the side of the road and needs assistance because this is most definitely your best bet in the DFW area 💯💯💯👍👍👍🤙🤙🤙🤘🤘🤘”
