I didn’t have a trailer big enough to get them to the shop and they were gracious enough to come pick them up at my house and take them to the shop for repair. The service manager did an awesome job of communicating daily on what was going on with my Repairs pricing and when they would be ready. A few days after the units were returned back to my house he again called me to make sure everything was running right and I was satisfied with the work they had done. No one ever does that. Long story short he was professional, communication was excellent, pricing was fair and he's honest. He mentioned before starting the work that based on the shape of the dent it probably wouldn't all come out and he was spot on. He did get about 90% of it out and it looks 110% better.
