“I have used Motivated RV for both my horse trailer living quarters as well as the Keystone Hideout RV we use for camping. I have been very pleased each time. With my horse trailer trailer LQ the team got me in promptly and found a spot for me to drop it. They took care of the electrical, flooring, checked the plumbing and made sure I was in tip-top shape. All of this while with a great attitude and personable interactions. The work on the RV was supposed to be pretty straight forward - replace a broken vent cover in the shower and install a ladder. To their absolute credit it was turned around quickly and a beautiful job. They cranked it out knowing I had a trip already planned. The tricky part where they went above and beyond was all due to my mistake. I literally drove it off their lot - pleased as usual; then as I was backing it into it's place at my house, I misjudged a low hanging tree branch and managed to damage the top center back pretty badly. I was scheduled to leave for my trip that weekend - so I assumed that was now a no go. I got back with the team there - frantic - and assumed there was nothing to be done, but I had to ask. The team was able to do a next day patch, got me all sealed up and I made the trip. I could not have asked for a better and faster solution. They are a local business, very personable, turned things around quickly, and made sure everything was taken care of. On top of it all their dog in the office is THE BEST!!!! All of that and dog lovers - I see no reason to ever consider another place. Truly a satisfied customer here: Richard”

“Looks like I've found a new mechanic, I've had several friends recommend me to Ruben's and the time came for me to need a mechanic and we had another gentleman working on a vehicle of ours and that gentleman had the vehicle for a week but never could find the problem. “Shop here when price matters most. I called 6 other shops to get a price on redoing headliner. Efrain was 25% of the high bid, and 30% of the average bid. On the negative side, when I got my car back, BOTH front seat belts no longer worked right (didn't align the side trim when reassembling), sun roof no longer worked (didn't connect wiring harness), rear dome light no longer works (haven't figured out why yet), and some plastic pieces were broken in inconspicuous ways (I found the broken pieces trapped in pockets of the sun roof motor). Afrain offered to fix these issues before i knew why they didn't work, but he needed to keep the car again and i couldn't give it up for another 2-3 days so i fixed the issues myself. As to the headliner install, it was good but not excellent- there appear to be slight wrinkles in the fabric like it needed to be ironed. However, the headliner looks WAY better than before and he matched the previous material well. Ultimately, I'm giving 4 stars despite my many problems because he was just so cheap compared to any other auto upholstery shop; and the problems I had, I resolved myself in 30 minutes- so clearly they weren't huge.”

“First time using Take 5. Saw they were the closest to my families new house. Going overseas soon and needed an oil change before I shipped the car out and headed cross country again with it. I checked the reviews and saw the majority reviews were outstanding. Pulled up to station and was greeted by SKYLER. Pulled into a the stall myself and grabbed information from me and vehicle. There was no hassling whatsoever which was impressive. Asked about air filter and said was a little dirty but didn’t need replacing this go around unless I wanted it. After that I was never pressured or asked to replace anything else. Heck, I was the one that acknowledged to them as they were filling air in my tires that I was getting them replaced today because the backs were in bad shape. They could have asked or pressured me into getting new wiper blades but they didn’t. In fact, I was the one that asked. CHARLESTON and JASON was the crew that actually did the oil change and I was impressed with their efficiency and speed as this was the quickest oil change I have ever experienced with ZERO hassles. GREAT JOB Take 5 oil crew @0930 12/29/2020. Management should be very proud! And by the way, 25% off for veterans and active duty was the biggest discount I have received from ANY business!”
