“Great shop. Frank provides quality service at a great price. We had some issues due to miscommunication but after we sat down and talked about it everything was resolved. I highly recommend this place to anyone. One advice is to set up your communication preferences early in the beginning. This way there will be no problems. Frank has a hearing problem due to loud noises, so make sure you speak slowly and as loud as possible. Overall the experience was very unique but a pleasant one. Five stars and by the way I am not related to the owner. I do believe that quality of work should be recognized and he did a great job.”

Came in for an oil change on my BMW X5 and got a reasonable price compared to dealership. Also recommended changing air filter and cabin filter. Again reasonable price. Shop rate is very competitive! Didn’t have the cabin filter in stock but said they could order it and have it delivered the next day. Came back today and took maybe 15 minutes for them to install. Jeff is a funny guy and very up front. Great customer service! Highly recommend this shop. Ruby is the “shop” pet. Sweet pup!”

“The best customer service I have EVER experienced! I had been looking for a muffler shop and everyone I called would give me a price of $200+ over the phone, but once I brought my car in to be looked at the price they told me would double. (I drive a modded Scion FR-S) Finally I came across Spring Valley Muffler and called, they immediately told me what services I would need and the estimate was way less than what the other shops were telling me over the phone. Due to my experience at the other shops, I expected them to double the price they originally had told me once I brought my car in to be worked on. The muffler delete went smoothly and they made sure to update me/ ask my preferences throughout the whole process. They removed the muffler, welded on my new burnt tips, and the process was over. They even charged me 5 cents below what they originally said they would charge me. I know that’s not much but considering what I had gone through with the other shops, I was shocked. Their customer service and hospitality were beyond measure! Please, if you ever need any service done to your car (they offer many services besides exhaust work) TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM! They do it right and at a fare price!! Sorry for the long rant, but they deserve all the praise!”
