“I'm a Air Force veteran going through a very rough time in my life. I literally just bought a van for $800 bucks to live out of. After a few days, the van's transmission kept slipping out of gear, so I gave Mike a call (the owner) and he was happy to see the vehicle that same day. The owner and all his well seasoned employees know their stuff when it comes to transmissions and automotive servicing/ repairs. Mike has 30yrs experience and is super down to earth!!! The owner was out but one of his very nice employee took pictures of the damage. Luis the owner called and gave me an estimate. I was told it would be done in 3 to 4 days. I explained I needed my vehicle to go to work said he would do his best to get it done quickly. To my surprise he got the job done in record time. When I went to picked up the vehicle my husband and I saw the amazing job that was done. Being it was an older vehicle Luis said he could not guarantee he would get the paint color to match but would get it as close as he could. “I am a single woman and going to mechanics is scary for me. Hellyer always made me feel at ease. When my truck's transmission gave out on me in 2014 I had it towed to them. They rebuilt my transmission in my 2007 Eddie Bauer Expedition EL and I have never had a lick of problem with it. Here is it 2020 and it still runs great! I got my truck back when promised too. The people there are so friendly and made me feel like I was valued as a customer. I HIGHLY recommend them. I will never go to another for my transmission needs.”
